As a coach certified across multiple disciplines Leigh furthered his training becoming a yoga teacher and advanced practitioner of pranayama, meditation, and modern breath training, his journey began in martial arts and deepened through years of study across Asia, the Americas, and Australia. Trained by global leaders in performance hypnosis and meditation, he brings a unique skill set that bridges physical performance with mental clarity, demonstrating that true strength and growth come from aligning body, breath, and mind.

He has summited a 6,200-meter Himalayan peak solo, completed multiple Ironman triathlons, set a world endurance record, and finished countless marathons. As a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, free diver and in-water emergency response instructor, he has tested himself in both land and ocean environments. Combined with years of leading crews in high-stakes conditions, these experiences give him a rare depth of insight into human performance—one forged at the intersection of risk, responsibility, and resilience.
