Delivered in person and highly interactive, each workshop blends performance science with natural mind–body practices to positively influence club culture, elevate participants' sporting and workplace performance, and enrich personal lives.

  • Express your full ability to endure and excel in the endurance sports arena. 

    People often say endurance sports build character. In reality, it is character that builds endurance—the force that carries athletes beyond breaking points and into their best performances. From years working with elite athletes, I’ve seen that while bodies may fatigue and minds may waver, it is character that determines who rises, who finishes, and who excels.

    In this workshop, we explore the DRIVEN attributes—the mindset qualities that keep you moving forward, step by step, even when everything feels against you. These attributes aren’t built in the gym; they’re forged in the mind, then reinforced through training and daily practice.

    Success in combat sports requires more than physical ability—it demands the full unity of mind, body and identity. This workshop equips athletes to improve how they experience and respond to stress, anxiety, and doubt, while building deeper self-awareness, strengthening self-regulation, and unlocking higher levels of mental and physical performance. By learning to stay composed in high-stakes moments, channel focus with precision, and take deliberate action, participants gain the tools to perform with confidence, resilience, and consistency—in competition and everyday life outside of sport.

  • Leigh’s stories draw on his experiences training in Kyokushin and Muay Thai—tested on the streets in his youth, in the ring, and in Thailand—along with his journeys as a marine expedition captain. He offers a unique perspective on creating calm in the midst of chaos. Through his engaging storytelling, he shows how these principles have been applied in high-stakes situations at sea, during expeditions, and across his land-based enduring adventures. While not all stories begin in ideal circumstances, Leigh has transformed his journey into an empowering process that others can now apply in their own lives.
